1. Services

Zaverse provides digital content and creator-growth services including strategy, research, scripting, long-form and short-form video production, editing, thumbnails, channel management, publishing, distribution, reporting and optimization.

Scope, deliverables, timelines, revision limits and fees are confirmed in writing before paid work begins. Unless expressly stated, results such as views, followers, revenue or platform approval are not guaranteed.

2. Pricing and payment

Engagements are custom quoted in United States dollars (USD), unless a written agreement states otherwise. Invoices must be paid by their stated due date. Approved third-party costs may be billed separately when disclosed in advance.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide timely access, source files, accurate instructions, feedback and materials they have the right to use. Delays in these dependencies may change the delivery schedule.

4. Revisions and acceptance

Revisions are limited to the number and scope specified in the applicable proposal or agreement. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised timeline and additional fee. Deliverables are considered accepted according to the review period in the applicable agreement.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership or license rights in final deliverables transfer only as stated in the applicable agreement. Zaverse retains its pre-existing tools, workflows, know-how and reusable production assets. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms. Digital services already performed and approved third-party costs are generally non-refundable.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use our website or services for unlawful activity, infringement, deception, abuse, malware distribution or unauthorized access. We may refuse or suspend work that creates legal, platform or safety risk.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaverse is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, platform changes, account actions or results outside our reasonable control. Any direct liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service, except where limitation is prohibited by law.

9. Governing law

Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
